My lower back got really messed up for quite a bit. I got a new chiropractor who helped me while I got better and sent me the link to this for support while working. I'm working outside in TN so honestly a lot of days right now it is WAY too hot to wear while I'm working but even then if my back is feeling off I'll wear it while I'm driving to my next stop. Even while sitting it's relieving. Just takes all the stress off my back. Ps. I thought the shoulder straps would make my shoulder/neck hurt but they're comfy. I'm working on a place in where I have to lift heavy stuff (I'm 5'3 so everything it's pretty much heavy to me😅) so my lower back was killing me every day. After I got this product, that pain is gone. I bought it 3 months ago I think and it's already getting worn out.
