I wish all crockpots came with timers, it's important I love the style and the look plus it fits on the smaller counters. I am very pleased with the oval shape. I can put veggies on the bottom and put Chicken Leg quarters on top. Cornish hen will fit nicely. Can make two stuffed bell peppers etc. The oval shape holds items easily that round ones can't.
