I placed two small ketchup condiment packets under the platform where the cup sits, and that stopped the cup from vibrating. Good product for the price. The coffee machines make a great coffee, and I loved that this Vertuo machine has many capsule sizes. It works perfectly, no problem presented so far. It has a good size to fit on the kitchen counter (my kitchen is not too big, and it fits OK). Okay, I'm trying really hard to ascertain why nearly two dozen "most recent" reviews are blasting this machine. Frankly, for the price, I'm honestly impressed and to impress me is no easy feat. First of all, I ordered this for our second home as I already own and love the Breville Creatista Plus....I have had that one since 2019 and it's still going strong (knock on wood). AMAZING machine. But I also needed a really solid machine for our vacation place that would be able to replace our lame Keurig for my iced salted honey lattes and this machine along with the Scuro pods took my freaking morning coffee to the NEXT LEVEL.
