These work great! I have tried multiple inserts for my shoes, including custom made one that were over $300. When I tried these, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, support, comfort, and durability. The price is right! I work long hours on my feet, have plantar fasciitis, and bunions (old lady feet!!) and these help support and cradle my heel as well as help my foot turning too much to the other side. They don't take away all my pain, only surgery will do that, but they do help make it tolerable and get me through the day. I bought several pairs for all my shoes. These inserts were very well-made and offered a great deal of arch support. They were very well cushioned and made the shoes comfortable although it did raise your heel out of the shoe about a half of an inch. I’ve been using these for about a month now in tennis shoes and in Casual shoes and it seems to have made a pretty good difference. Read more

After trying (& purchasing) four other inserts these are THE ones I chose. Inserts are for walking shoes. The ball of my feet hurt, my knees ached after walking and my shoes did not provide any support. Decided to try these inserts and have found them to be of great support, providing ball of feet cushioning as well as heels. The first day I wore insoles I knew these were the perfect fit for me. The arch is not high enough. I’ve been wearing them for a month working 16 hour days in work boots. They help a little with my planters fasciitis. Barely more than the stiffness of my work boots. They seem to be holding up ok so that’s a plus. Read more
