These acne patches are really effective and easy to use. The mini size works well on small blemishes and is less noticeable on the skin, which I like. They absorb impurities and help pimples look smaller in a few hours while protecting them from picking. These mini acne patches are great when you have a blemish or a pimple that needs some extra treatment. I tend to apply these overnight and I've found them to be very productive in reducing the blemish to a point where it's barely noticeable. They aren't uncomfortable, and the adhesive is strong enough that they stay on overnight. They do not hurt when you remove them. The value for the product is good. These are mini patches. They are great for small pimples, but too small for a full outbreak with large spots. The size is clearly written on the box. They’re even called mini acne patches. Don’t be like me. Pay attention to the size. That said, they work great on those small spots before they become big spots. And they are less annoying to wear than the larger ones. They’re easy to apply and remove, and don’t irritate my skin. At the currently listed price of $9.97/36 (28 cents/each) they aren’t the most expensive, but they are a little pricier than some other options. But I’ve trusted Neutrogena for a long time, and I’ve never had any problems with their products on my very sensitive skin. So for it’s worth a few extra cents for a product I’m putting on my face. These patches have worked really well for both me and my husband. They stuck all night long, they clear up our skin, and they're a convenient little size. The pack has each patch on perforated plastic, but we found it was really hard to rip. If you want to take one at a time, I'd recommended using scissors instead of ripping the plastic sheet. It does seem to help some kinds of acne. It is comfortable to wear. I forget it's on. Also, discomfort from the acne itself is eased. But sometimes, it really hurts taking it off, especially around the jawline. They are also good for small wounds like papercuts. Read more

I have combination skin and get occasional breakouts. I've recently started using pimple patches, and I think these Neutrogena Mini Acne Patches for Sensitive Skin are the best I've ever tried. I love that these come in small sizes, as I find others are often too large for my small blemishes. I also like that these stay in place well, yet the adhesive is gentle on my skin and causes no irritation. I apply these before bed and they stay put while I sleep. They are sheer in color as well, and could be discreetly worn during the day if needed. I find them comfortable to wear and forget I even have them on. I feel like they help draw out fluid from blemishes and reduce their size overnight. I like that these patches are hydrocolloid and have no added harsh ingredients or chemicals like others I've used. I've had these for a few weeks and think they work well so far. I also like that each pack of 12 is individually wrapped to help keep them all from drying out. I was looking for something to help with blackheads and occasional breakouts. These help in some circumstances, but didn’t really solve my issues. These help stickers are super small and don’t stick on very well unless the blemish is on my forehead or chin. They didn’t clean the areas up but didn’t have a dramatic difference. They might be good for painful spots that you want to clear up overnight, but ultimately I don’t think this product is for me. Read more
