I suffer from arch pain at night. Only at night. I have tried EVERYTHING including a new shoe wardrobe, a podiatrist, a neurologist, cortisone shots (twice), various medications OTC and Rx, lidocaine patches......and NOTHING has helped. If I'm able to get to sleep, sometimes the pain wakes me up at night. Out of desperation, I ordered this product and WOW!!!!! I've been wearing the wraps at night when I go to bed for almost a week and I've stopped feeling the pain! I may feel a slight niggle once in a while but I'm able to go to sleep and stay asleep! For this I'm so grateful! The one and only thing I don't like about this product is the stiffness of the straps. You have to adjust them strategically so that the sharp edges in the velcro areas don't rub and irritate your skin. This is why I give only 4 stars. I realize that I could wear socks UNDER the wraps to help with the irritation but I don't like to sleep in socks. Overall I would recommend this product. This product is great but it could be phenomenal if it were made out of softer materials. UPDATE: I’ve been wearing these at night for about 3 weeks and I’m still not experiencing arch pain. In the last week or so, I decided to order a pair of $10 copper compression sleeves made for arches which I wore underneath this product. It helped to make the stiff straps more comfortable on my skin. But because I sleep in these, sometimes when I lay on my side, the Velcro straps would rub against each other and my feet would get stuck together just a little bit. So; I decided to take the larger/thicker arch support from this product and stick them inside of the compression sleeve and just wear the plastic arch support held in place by the compression sleeve. This is working quite well for me and I’m very happy. The arch supports have a sticky side to them and they don’t stick to the compression sleeves, but they still stay in place. These arch supports have been a Godsend for me. I’m so happy to have them and thrilled that they don’t contain any medication. They provide non-narcotic and comfortable relief for my painful feet. Using the arch supports with the compression sleeves gives me 5 star relief. I have left my rating of this product as 4 stars because it’s not perfect on its own. Read more

I wear custom orthotics which cost $400 but they’re a pain (pun intended) to take out of my primary shoes to use in my casual shoes. This is where the NEVVIS arch supports come in handy. On days when I’m not exercising or want to wear more stylish shoes I can now have some good support for my very high arches. I am very ticklish so I wear these on the outside of socks and I do not feel the strap at all when I put my shoes on. But in order to just wear them around the house without shoes on I have to pull the strap tighter around my foot to keep them from sliding off which is a bit uncomfortable. Overall this is an excellent buy and I like that it includes two sizes so you’ll always have the best fit. My tip to others is to keep the thin plastic backing and the plastic bag they come in so if you change to the other size you can wash these with soap and water to renew the stickiness then put the clear back on them for storage. I bought this arch support because I had severe heel and arch pain, and I've been surprised at how well it works. The material is comfortable and doesn't feel tight, and the gel pads really cushion my steps. After a few days of use, I noticed less pain and more stability. I am a ladies US size 6. Only one size was offered.. 1) it is too small for my foot, it needs to be at least 1.5 inches longer. 2) The 'hook & loop' closer is stiff and is against exposed skin where it can cause blisters and cut into my foot. 3) one strap has a slot in it so the other strap can go through it. The remaining material on each side is about 3/8 inches. If it rips, it would be useless. 4) a piece of plastic needs to be removed from the jel pad before applying it to the designated area of the arch. It may not stick as well if I try to reapply it. 5) I prefer the arch supports I bought 2 years ago. I am sadly returning this product mainly due to the first 2-3 issues. Read more

These cone with TWO sizes of arch pads. If you have shoes that already have arch support, the higher pads will be too much, but they are great for flat shoes or under socks.
