Because they come in different sizes, I was able to find the perfect size that fit without causing any pain or discomfort. I barely notice it after a few minutes, once my nose adjusts to it being there! Sleeping with this in isn't a bad experience, either. I haven't personally had any issues, and it doesn't bug me or cause any issues with sleep. In fact, this snoring device does the opposite! It helps me get better sleep because I'm not constantly waking up from my own snoring, and I'm also able to sleep better because my roommate isn't keeping me up with her snoring. I gave her a pair and have had blissful silence at bedtime ever since! I recommend these for anyone who has issues with snoring themselves, or to anyone who gets annoyed by the person they sleep next to when they snore. Also, these were a really great price compared to others I researched before making my purchase, so I was a little unsure if they'd get the job done, but they're great, and they're an unbeatable price! Seriously, stop wasting your time searching, and just get these! Will definitely purchase again when needed. Also wanted to add that they came very quickly as well, so I was excited about that! I live alone and have no idea if it helps with snoring. I think the solid tube is the most comfortable, it keeps nostrils moist, the cage one let's them dry out. Granted this was during winter with the heat on, might not be an issue I. A humid environment. The nose clip stayed in/on the best. The other two sometimes fell out during the night. I don't think they improved my sleep. I noticed them too much to really get comfortable. But it was a nice tester kit and I have a pretty good idea of what size my nostrils are now. Read more

The pinch style units included in this set do not work at all. The cone style units work but are not as comfortable as other brands I have used. Read more

This product has been helpful and it does appear to help clear up airflow while I am sleeping. The only issue I do have is that I do have difficulty keeping it in my nose throughout the night, but that may also be due to the fact that I am constantly moving. Other than that I do not have any issues with the product. Read more

The product is super simple to use. I’ve tried different types of nasal strips but couldn’t have them on my nose long enough-my skin would start hurting. I use TerraSure anti-snoring devices all night without even feeling it. I also noticed that I don’t have as much nasal congestion during the day as i did before. Read more
