These rock & will grind/blend anything. Make ice cream, juice, grind herbs… Only suggestion would be to include screw on lids for the cups & larger opening cups to make it easier to wash & small cup sizes, like nutri bullet has. I used to have a bullet & I prefer their cups but they don’t have good reviews anymore. This still works well & never had a problem with overheating. I always look for the form factor first. It didn’t deceive me, it surprised me agreeably more when I opened the package. The noise didn’t catch my attention even after reading the reviews. My girlfriend didn’t find an instruction manual. It’s so familiar, intuitive I didn’t think it was worth looking for the manual in the first place. We have had a smaller ninja and decided to upgrade. This size is great and I think it blends far better. I often had a problem with the ice in the smaller one completely getting blended, this new one makes the best smoothies and all ice is chopped and completely blended.
