I'm a small B-cup and don't really need a bra, and find bras uncomfortable. So, I bought my first pair of adhesive Nippies back in January. I have worn them nearly every day since then, and for me, they have been about as perfect as a product could be. Comfort: They're extremely comfortable -- so comfortable, in fact, that I occasionally forget to take them off before going to sleep because I forget they're there. I was afraid that the adhesive might irritate my skin, but it hasn't at all. They stay on very well and are easy to wash after use (I use plain old soap and water). Coverage: The coverage they provide is remarkably good, given how extremely thin they are. I can wear a form-fitting white tee-shirt with just the Nippies underneath, and my nipples aren't visible. I recently tried one other brand of nipple covers (Spicy Spot) because they were less expensive, and although they were thicker than Nippies, they were almost completely transparent and my nipples were quite visible under light-colored shirts. So in terms of how well they do their job, Nippies have definitely been worth the money for me. I love not having to worry about bra straps showing! Lifespan: As I said, I wore my first pair almost every day for 3+ months, so my estimate is that they've lasted about 100 wears. They have just now gotten to the point where enough of the adhesive has worn away that I can't wear them with looser shirts (though they're still fine with more form-fitting shirts, which hold them in place). I just ordered my second pair. It definitely took a little while to get used to not wearing a bra (I felt naked at first!) but I've come to trust the Nippies and I am so much more comfortable every day now. I no longer have to experience that awful mid-afternoon feeling of an underwire pressing into my ribs. It would be nice if they were a little cheaper, but I guess 25 cents (or less) per wear isn't so much to pay for all-day comfort. I've been really happy with this product. ****UPDATED 5/5/2011**** Just wanted to add that, although I purchased my next pair back in March (at the time I wrote this review), I didn't end up having to break out the new pair until yesterday -- I was able to keep using my old pair in spite of the fact that adhesive was coming off from the edges. There was still enough adhesive to make them stay on, and I tend to wear clothes that are slightly (though not extremely) form-fitting which has kept them laying flat even though the edges weren't really sticking to my skin anymore. Only when they stopped being able to stick to my skin did I have to ditch them for the new pair. So if you are someone who wears clothes that mostly conform to your body shape, you may find that you can make them last a long time (for me it was four months of almost everyday wear, which equates to over 100 uses). ****UPDATED 4/2/2012**** I've continued to love and rely on my Nippies on an almost daily basis, and I'm now on my 5th pair. Thought I would add this: the last pair I got aged a little weirdly (the adhesive did a peeling thing and overall they felt a little flimsier), and when I emailed Bristols 6 about it, I got a lovely, appreciative response from a customer service representative who promptly sent me a new pair (which seem to be normal so far). It was some of the best customer service I've ever received -- this is the kind of company you want to support! Read more
So so so much more comfortable than a strapless bar. They stick well and very comfy and effective. I do wish they provided more support but discovered they have support-style too! The best part is that the tightness of strapless bras can cause acid reflux, but this isn’t a problem with these. Free the boobies, ladies! Read more
Great product. I used them about every other weekend and they lasted me about 6 months until the edges started to look a little warped when worn and the adhesive lost its stick. Easy to apply and use, comfortable, looks good under white bodysuits (but make sure you get a big enough size). Read more

I bought these for my preteen to go under dance costumes. They are perfect. Stayed all day, even with her sweating and moving all around for multiple numbers. She said they didn’t hurt to take off and were easy to store. Easy to put on, take off, store, and use again! Read more
They do last and stay sticky. Purchased to alleviate weight on surgical scars. I’ve used them while working out and they stayed in place. Read more
I bought these to wear under dresses. My regular bra size is 38G. My expectation was to be able to pop these on and go about my day. I was not expecting any lift (you can use a pastie applied bottom to top to provide a tiny lift) due to what I have to work with, and they provided none when I tried. These are the appropriate size to cover and smooth and they feel very smooth. I didn't think they were uncomfortable at all. My issues came down to application. On dry skin, I was expecting them to lay flat from edge to edge. They did not. The edges continuously lifted during application and no amount of adjustment helped. This wasn't noticable under the dress I was wearing, but it was worth mentioning. I tried turning the covers 90 degrees, trying on opposite sides, and making sure my skin was extra dry. I could not get them to lay flat. I did wear these on a 90 degree day. I was not outside for all of it, but there was quite a lot of sweat. They mostly held their own, but did start to itch a little towards the end of the day. Removing them was really easy and they rinsed off just fine. They stayed sticky. I've only worn them once, so we'll see how they hold up. Read more
