Yummy, not bitter, rich as hell, but damn it's expensive. Pretty sure I squeezed two weeks out of one tiny tin so maybe a little more than a dozen cups of matcha. That's $2 bucks a cup, which to be fair is still cheaper than a café, but when you factor in the fancy pistachio milk I like, lol... I'm my own café!! Still highly recommend for taste and flavor. The best matcha I’ve ever tasted! The color is vivid, vibrant emerald green with a fine, velvety texture; no dull or yellow undertones. The aroma is fresh and grassy. I refused to pay $10 matcha drinks from coffee/matcha shops so I wanted to make some drinks at home to save money. The matcha at first gave me a little jitters but after making more drinks like hot dirty matchas, hot matcha with oat milk, iced matcha lemonade, etc - my body got used to it lol. It's definitely not as green as what I like to be but I also appreciate how smooth the matcha was without the "sticky" bitter taste (if that make sense) lol Read more
This was a subscription replacement try. In a nice tin with foil bag and replaceable interior cover for freshness. For me taste seemed a little weak from my usual matcha. I'm no expert so gave 5 stars. If review was based on my personal preference would give 4 stars. Read more
Honestly, I do not usually care for the taste of matcha - but I decided to give it another try because of the health benefits. OMGosh!!! This matcha is delicious!
