I am vain about my teeth and insist on having them white as can be. I have used several different brands of whitening strips, usually I buy the name brand at the big box stores but they are getting super pricey. This product comes with 7 days worth of Teeth Whitening Strips, so, at the time of this review they were just over $2 per pair. You only have to wear them for 30 minutes versus an hour on my normal brand which I like and they actually taste minty and refreshing unlike my name brand strips which leave a gross taste in your mouth. They stick really well to your teeth and seem a tad bit longer than my normal strips which is good. The bad part is when you try to remove them they don't seem to want to come off. I really had to pull and the first time I used them I was actually getting worried for a second that they had become one with my teeth. Hard to say how well they work since my teeth are already fairly white and I use products like this for maintenance so there wasn’t a dramatic before and after on the teeth color chart for me using them for a week. There are tons of these types of teeth whitening strip kits out there, and one of the biggest issues that I always run into is the strips tend not to stay put. They end up moving, or having too much peroxide which practically foams them off of your teeth. These Niveus Whitening Strips stayed exactly where I placed them, and I actually had to pull them off, instead of them nearly falling off like other brands. They seem to do a pretty good job, I noticed a difference after a I used the full treatment. If you have sensitive gums, you may want to space the treatments out more as the peroxide style chemical will agitate your gums and possibly retract them a tiny bit. This is only a temporary issue and most should fine them no different then using a strong peroxide toothpaste. Now these didn't make everything sparkly white, if you want that type of difference, you need a professional whitening done at a dentist office, which strips never come close to. However, for the price point, the ease of use at home, and the fact that you can use them whenever you want, they are a good value, and a great item to keep in medicine cabinet. The strips are easy to apply and don’t cause any sensitivity, which is great because my teeth are usually quite sensitive. I love that they include hydroxyapatite to help strengthen my enamel while whitening, so I feel like I'm taking care of my teeth as well as brightening them. The mint flavor is a nice touch, making the whole process a bit more refreshing. I have used teeth whitening strips before & this set of whitening strips does not do as well for my teeth as I originally thought it would do. I actually get much better from a simple tube of Colgate whitening toothpaste. Look for traditional whitening products than quick fixes in the end. Read more

Being a former smoker has colored my teeth an off-white that I can't stand but with the help of these whitening strip, I've been able to experience professional results due to the following attributes: - Application is rather simple and the easy-to-follow instructions provide an illustrated guide that you can't mess up. - Cost is pretty affordable and lower than what the leading retailers charge at your local grocers. - My only issue with these is that I wish they were more form-fitting to my bottom teeth because it takes a while for me to get the strip to completely cover them. Affordable, effective, but a bit off in terms of how they conform to an individual's teeth.. these are an alright alternative to spending hundreds at your local dentist. Easy to use teeth whitening strips. Easy to apply. Not a bad taste, better than other products with hydrogen peroxide. I used the 7 treatments but didn’t really see a difference. No clear timeframe on when I should see results, and for best results they suggest adding another product from them. Read more
