No-Mes Fingernail and Toenail Clipper Gift Set Catches Clippings Built-in Nail File Made in USA

I always try to buy Made in USA if given the chance. I was in need of some new nail clippers so stumbled on this no-mes brand. All I can say is WOW. They do exactly what they say..as in no mess. As long as the clippers are somewhat level or not facing down...these do indeed trap all the clippings to the point I wish I had more nails to clip. :) My ONLY negative is both clippers have like weird SMALL marks on each clipper I thought were imperfections. Does not affect the quality in any way, almost like they came out of a school machine shop, like a TAD rough that being a tiny indentation in a place or two, vs PERFECTLY polished!. I saw many pictures and a couple videos and they have these weird like subtle indentations too...Just at one spot on each. I think for the price these ought to LOOK 100% pristine, without a little round circle IN the metal for no reason. Anyway being that seems NORMAL in this case, I still LOVE these...and so happy they are made in USA. I feel they are a bit overpriced...but for the overall QUAILTY and originality, I can live with the price. I gotta think these will last a lifetime! Read more

I spent a great deal of time researching clippers. I wanted a good set, and was looking at German made ones. I had a pair before that lasted way over 30 years. I just did not like what I was seeing. Googled made in USA ones, and these came up. I am so pleased I did so much research, because it paid off. If I could give these 100 stars I would. They are well made, work like butter, (and I only have limited mobility in my dominant hand, from an accident) but I could use them with ease. They also collect all the clippings, no more trying to find the ones that flew around the room. These are by far clean cutting, sharp, and accurate. Toenail clipper failed at the weld, reached out to the company and they within ten minutes sent a tracking label and were sending out a new replacement. Nail cutters does a phenomenal job catching all nail clippings, being use to Japanese cutters they are a bit dull in comparison, however beat the grocery store equivalent. I would say they are expensive, do the best job with catching clippings in comparison to other products I have used in the past, not as refined however as cheaper competitors, could be sharper, durability will update with the replacement pair, and the warranty process was the easiest I ever had for a product. I have two other nice nail clippers, these are the ones I grab because they completely eliminate the mess. Just wish they were a little sharper but the convenience outweighs that. The kit contains a small and a large clipper. The small one is perfect size for fingers and the large one is has a large "nail" opening; perfect size for toes. The description of how the clippers work was hard to understand until I received the clippers. It's easy; there is no "twist" needed. Lift the lever, flip plate/fulcrum 180 degrees and clipper works perfectly. It catches the nails inside the clipper for easy disposal when ready. I sat on buying these for almost three years because in my mind, I couldn't justify that kind of money for a pair of fingernail and toenail clippers. I finally bit the bullet, and I do not regret it. They cut better than any trimmers I've used in my life, even ones that are more mid-range in price. Catching the nail clippings is such a big plus. Ocassionally a nail or two might slip through, but overall it catches a good 80-90% of them. Another big thing to consider if you're looking at buying this is that they do offer a lifetime guarentee on these. Their website claims that if they ever get dull or if it fails, they'll send you a new pair free of charge. Them being USA made was another reason for my purchase.
