Excellent pan that I highly recommend your buying if; you’d like to make authentic Japanese eggs, French, Bavarian, any kind of omelette you can dream up. Made a superb rectangular shredded three cheese, six egg, folded/rolled omlette today which I cut in half to share with my wife (two rectangles). Heavy cast metal pan with very well working non-stick coating and handle worked as advertised. This is great for making a traditional Japanese omelette to eat as is or to cut into long rectangles to place (with other ingredients into Sushi Roll. Excellent quality for a very fair price. *UPDATE* I used this today to easily make some excellent Crepes. I used an on-line common Crepe batter recipe. Ingredients about 2 cups as stated 1/4 cup/crepe (8 crepes) works for classic thin crepes. I found that I prefer to use 1/3 cup per crepe in this pan. Just a little thicker (6 crepes). I put on a thin line of Mascapone Cheese inside and rolled, cooked a couple sliced fresh Pears with Butter & Brown Sugar(side) and heated some Canadian Bacon (side). I over cooked the first crepe (started getting crispy), but the rest my wife said were as good as we’ve had in France and at our local Crepe specialty resturant. I agree. Give it a try. Read more

Love it. We use it everyday to make different kinds of Japanese and Korean omelettes. Easy to clean, fast to heat up, holds the temperature steady and even on the surface. Very good pan. Love the spatula came with it too. Read more
