I've been using this for several months and I am so satisfied with its performance. I'm a male and for years I was using a battery powered trimmer to help trim my nose and, the dreaded, ear hair. But it was difficult to keep it running at 'full speed' since it ran on batteries but I liked the tool that I used for the ear hair and another tool for the nose: this new one has both tools that I did not see with the ones targeted towards males. I don't use the facial tool that comes with this so I can't comment on that; but the tiny tooth trimmer is perfect for the ears and the guard it comes with does a great job on the eyebrows. The nose tool does its job too. The BEST part is it's always ready to run at full speed and since it's rechargeable; no more need for batteries. I haven't needed to recharge it since I initially got it but it's not used daily. But as of now, several months later. I'm so glad I took a chance on it. The ONE 'issue' I have with it is that the trimmer tool gets 'hot'. Meaning, after using it for a short time, it's 'hot/warm' to the touch to my ear.
