I’ve tried a bunch of nasal strips over the years and these are easily the strongest and most comfortable ones I’ve used. They actually open my nasal passages instead of peeling off halfway through the night. I’ve been sleeping deeper, breathing easier, and my snoring has noticeably decreased. I’ve tried a few different nasal strips, and these are easily one of the best. The adhesive is strong enough to stay on all night without peeling off, even with a little sweat or movement. They fit comfortably, open up my nose passages really well, and make it much easier to breathe while sleeping. The material feels soft on the skin and removes cleanly without irritation. They have worked very well for me, I stopped snoring even several days after they ran out, I bought a second pack, because the quality of sleep has increased significantly. They stick well, keeping the skin free of grease. It is advisable to wipe with a damp cloth to remove grease from the nose before placing. There are natural options for clearing pits, but if there is no time for that, this is a great solution. Read more
I had a few issues with these strips. The first one is the fact that I have used and liked other brands, so when comparing, these aren’t great. They didn’t have the strength others do to open your passage enough to feel a difference. They are way too long! A big portion of the strips end up on your face/cheeks next to you nose which could effect how well it works. They are a pain to open! Each strip is individually wrapped with a ton of paper waste. Make sure you keep a trash can next to the bed! And lastly, it’s sticks WAY too much! Isn’t this a crazy one to complain about? You want these to stay on right? Well this sticks so much that when I pulled it off in the morning, it tore my skin leaving blood and scabbing. I’ll revert back to my other brand. Read more
These nasal strips work immediately. The hold is strong all night, they stay in place without irritation, and the airflow difference is noticeable within seconds. Not impressed. We’ve been using nose strips for about a year now and these were a waste of money. Sure they’re easy to apply, but they don’t stick. They’re not effect and too big for my average size nose. Wouldn’t recommend, sadly! Read more

This is a great product. My daughter suffers from migraines and severe sinus pressure. We have tried many different recommendations and nothing has been helpful. For the past two weeks she has been using the nasal strips and she has been sleeping through the night. The product is comfortable to wear and opens up her airway to help her breathe easier. The nasal strips are not only for workout performance they also help with easing pressure and discomfort. I highly recommend this product. Read more
