These things work great but only get four stars because the app that it tells you to use is worthless. If you get these plugs, download the FEIT app and make sure your phone is connected to your 5 GHz network and these things will install like a charm. Read more

I am giving them 5 stars, I have had Tuya devices for years and no real issues. I realized the Smart Life app works all the bulbs and outlet plugs I have, but since these are dual band and can safe guard for years to come I got 3 packs. I set up 9 of them in no time at all and they all instantly connected. The app has a nice widget like Tuya did and I can easily setup the on/off times, plus have way more options for when you want them to be on or off. Read more

Excellent product. However it will not work with Alexis with the NOUS APP! You must use the TUYA app. If you look on the side of the box there is a very small tuya logo the says that these devices are powered bu tuya! That is the app that works with ALEXIS!!!!! Read more

Do not set up these plugs using the Smart Life skill in the Alexa app as the instructions say to do. Use the Nous Smart Life skill. If you have any problems with getting the plugs to connect with the Alexa app, first reset the router. If that doesn't work, uninstall then reinstall the Alexa app. If you are still having trouble, uninstall then reinstall the Nous app. This is what worked for me. I called technical support for my internet provider, and Customer support, but neither of them were able to help. If you're really smart, don't buy these. Get the GE smart plugs instead. Also, these ARE NOT 5G compatible, despite what the info states. Read more
