Potent. Works well. The serving size is three soft gels, but I take one at a time with a meal. I think they are effective in helping with the immune system. Easy to take, small soft gel. No stomach upset, but about a half hour later there may be a burp where I can taste the garlic. That's another reason I don't take the three at once. Read more
