Potent Garlic Supplement Without the Aftertaste I’ve been taking these NOW Foods Garlic Oil softgels daily for a couple of weeks, and they’ve quickly become a staple in my supplement routine. Each capsule is the equivalent of a whole clove of garlic, but the beauty is you don’t get the lingering garlic breath or upset stomach that can come with eating raw garlic. The softgels are small and easy to swallow, and they don’t leave any aftertaste or burps, which is something I really appreciate. The bottle comes with 250 softgels, which is a generous supply and good value compared to similar garlic supplements I’ve tried. I also like that the dosage is clear and straightforward—no complicated blends, just garlic oil in a convenient capsule. One thing to keep in mind is that while this isn’t overpowering, garlic supplements can sometimes thin the blood a little, so it’s worth checking with your doctor if you’re on blood thinners or about to have surgery. Easy way to take your garlic.
Potent. Works well. The serving size is three soft gels, but I take one at a time with a meal. I think they are effective in helping with the immune system. Easy to take, small soft gel. No stomach upset, but about a half hour later there may be a burp where I can taste the garlic. That's another reason I don't take the three at once. Read more
