Lightweight. These helped stabilize my energy, and also noticed it helped with cognitive function. These were lightweight on my stomach unlike some other omega supplements, and didnt have a fishy aftertaste, these tasted very clean and fresh. Didn't notice much difference in my hair/ nails, but I only got the 30 day supply. Read more

I have been a NOW-brand customer for almost 30 years and this is the 1st product of theirs that I am very disappointed with! I initially purchased this for my semi-feral cats; squirt 1 capsule between their 7 dishes, but NONE of them liked it, in fact, some of them would even walk away from their food and none of them are fussy eaters. I then tried it with my in-house cat that I have already been giving another brand of fish oil, squirting a small amount each day separately in his dish, but he took a small lick and walked away too! So, I then tried one capsule myself, and found it to be offensive in its after-taste, burping it throughout the day. I specifically chose this because it was the oil of sardines and anchovies which are supposed to be a better grade of omega-3s [also oil from tuna]. Thankfully it is not an expensive purchase because I bought the 30 capsule-size as a "test", but still am disappointed to have to throw my money away when I can't really afford to waste it. This is a "molecularly distilled" oil and is supposedly better absorbed, but if one can't stand its taste that doesn't make any difference. So, other customer - purchase or not as you choose.
