I bought this and battery didn't work, so bought new batteries and still didn't work. Followed instructions and put on skin first before pushing button...nothing worked. Exchanged for another one and this doesn't work either. Now I have to wait 30 days to see if they will refund me. No one answers the support line and the website is a dead link. Not cool. Read more
stopped working after literally 1 try. it either continues buzzing regardless of whether or not it's on skin, or doesn't buzz at all. it also isn't designed smartly: if it's put down on a surface, because of the weight of the battery it falls to its side, the ball touches the surface and starts buzzing waste of $ Read more
I wanted to love this but realized as soon as I opened it that it had to be returned. In a world of easy & convenient USB charging, why would you design a battery operated device! What an environmental waste. Wasn’t for me! Read more
Not sure what to think. Product seems to work for a few minutes and then stops. Seems like something internal may be overheating when in use. Only works for a couple of minutes at a time. Quite frustrating. Read more
I’ve been using this just as directed even watched demonstrations on UTube but this Eyenox doesn’t work as promised, no results I can’t even tell I used it. Absolutely no visible improvement at all. Disappointed. Read more
