This rice cooker has completely transformed my cooking routine. It saves me so much time in the kitchen, and the results are perfect every single time. The rice comes out fluffy, evenly cooked, and never mushy. I love that I can set it and forget it—no more standing over the stove or guessing when it’s done. It’s reliable, easy to use, and has quickly become one of my must-have appliances. Read more

I had really resisted getting a ricecooker for the longest time, insiting I could get my "meh" rice to good if I just practiced on the stovetop enough. When I got Iron Chef Morimoto's cookbook and excitedly turned to the rice page where the directions were: 1) Wash the rice. 2) Use the ricecooker like everyone else does. So I finally broke down from the advice of everyone I looked up and finally got this ricecooker and it changed my life. I sound like a paid sponsorship for nutribullet when I talk to people about how much I love this ricecooker. It has never made a bad pot of rice. It is super simple and you simply follow the lined grid on the pot to put your ratio of grain to water in. Simply touch the button for what kind of grain you did and this little thing takes care of it magically like Strega Nona's pasta pot. Super simple, and it just tells you about 10 minutes before your rice is done. The keep warm function is nice if you're not going to eat it right away, and I've had it stay warm for a long time without becoming dry or sticky. Cleanup is a breeze, especially if you just do it right after you're done making the rice. I've never experienced a sticky, gunked-on mess by following their directions. The steam-in basket doesn't work as seamlessly as you would like; usually needing a little bit longer than the suggested steaming times, but still novel and helpful when you just need to steam a few small things to go with your dinner; just don't think you're steaming large portions in the same volume as you can make rice/grains. 100% worth the price and convenience; would highly reccmmend. I purchased this product to just make rice, easy and good. It definitely makes great rice super easy. Plus I am finding out that you can cook Mexican rice, beans and also easy and delicious. I really love it!!! Great purchase. It would be perfect if while cooking the time would display on it but o well not a big issue. It’s compact and can be stored on a small space. Read more

Cooks quinoa better than a saucepan application, but the main thing is the time, I can set it and don't need to return to a boiling pot to check the progress. Unit shuts off automatically when ready. Steaming vegetables, they turn out well, but the only drawback, if I want to steam green beans or asparagus, I have to do it in batches, (3 batches of green beans, 2 batches of asparagus), being the steaming basket only accommodate a certain amount. Still, it steams these vegetables to perfection (long as you set the timer to the proper amount). Overall, very satisfied with the function of the product. I went with Ninja, being I own other Ninja products and like them. Read more

Love this thing. I make great rice on the stove but only if it's a cup at a time. Whenever I increase the amount of rice I want to make I either burned it or it was soggy. I like dry rice. This makes so much rice at a time and I don't have to monitor it. I've made a cup up to 3 cups, I believe you can go up to 5 but I haven't tried it yet and honestly I think that would be too much (3 fills up the bowl pretty much). I like that the rice had a warming setting but I usually turn it off and unplug after it's done and thw rice is still how hours later (while still in the machine with the top closed). Other reviews complain about the condensation in the top when you open it. I just use a tea towel to dry the hinge inside as well as the inside top, keep it open for a while to ensure it is dry (not sure if it'll mold). The steaming basket doesn't hold a lot and was a bigger selling point for me but it's just ok. I've used it to make dumplings but just continue to use the stove. I've only used to make rice for fried rice (perfect next day rice but the dame day). Looking forward to trying the other functions. Money well spent. Also only use the rice paddle once but am careful to not scratch the inside. Read more

Just got it and used it 2x so far. Cooked some broccoli following steam and time and it came out perfect. Then tryed out steaming potatoes for mashed potatoes and again followed there time and steam and perfect quick mashed potatoes . So much easier and faster then waiting to boil etc. So so far I am loving this cooker. The only con but not am issue is where it hinges after steaming it drips and just take a paper towel and wipe. I wish the inner top would come out to cleannlike most rice cookers. Nice user booklet very easy to read and informative. Nice colorful recipe book. Most appliances don't come with these anymore so you gotta figure out or google it or YouTube it. So today so far loving it. Update Aug 2025..I love this cooker. Usevutvdaily. It cooks everything. Don't listen to neg reviews..especially that it scratches and peels..bs.. had this since Nov 2024 and looks brand new. I dont follow instructions..I use measurements on box of food. If you use it you will love it. Read more
