So good. I've tried several brands for various prices and this is the winner by a long shot. The cost per oz is worth it for the quality, in my opinion. First, it's perfectly sweetened - not too much or too little sugar. It's silky smooth with a lovely fresh green color. Can still taste the pistachio since it's made of slightly better ingredients than some others, I mean it's a dessert ingredient but still. Only minor gripe is that the lid was apparently installed while a bunch of the spread was on and around the rim. Was a bit messy opening but once the lid and rim were wiped down, it's ok. This is absolutely delicious. Was worried that it would leak on its way here but it did not. When opening the tub, I initially saw the oil at the top, but stirred it up and it was perfect. It is NOT filled to the top but I wasn’t disappointed. The texture was smooth and silky. Quality of the spread remarkable. I store the spread in my pantry and it doesn’t change the spread at all. The taste on this cream is very good! I was surprised at how much pistachio taste it had to it. I’m not very happy with the price of it. It’s pretty expensive compared to the ones that I can get at Costco and it taste pretty good at Costco as well. When I opened it up, it seemed a little grainy, but then I read that there’s coconut oil in the ingredients so I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds and it was completely soft and stir able. I ended up using the entire thing in my recipe for the Dubai chocolate bars. They have a great taste and I would buy this again if it wasn’t so expensive, but I’ll probably avoid it because of the price the size on this is 2.2 pounds so it’s a bigger size one I was able to mix it with the Kataifi and tahini and it made six small bars and one large bar and I have enough left to possibly do most of a big bar Read more

This is the best pistachio cream I have tasted so far. The spread is soft and not too thick like the other ones. So tasteful !!! The only thing I don't like was that the lid didn't look sealed. Read more

I’ve been trying different pistachio creams/butters but this is the one I love the most! Taste-wise, I can taste the pistachio way more than I do with other brands and that’s exactly what I look for! It’s also a bang for your buck- a bit cheaper than others but the taste.. WOW! Same size as most buckets (2lbs) and consistency is also the same. 5/5 RECOMMEND! Read more
