I’m impressed with the quality of this chair mat. It rolled out on the floor without any annoying roll-up, and I didn’t have to resort to applying weights to maintain its flatness. It will provide protection for my wood floors from the desk chair rollers. However, I have a minor complaint about the size of the mat, which measures 30” x 48”. Due to the limited space in my home office, I have to place it longways under my desk. Due to the short side I end up rolling off of it side to side.
