It came folded not rolled and the folds are not working themselves out. There is nothing quality about this product nor is it "thick". It is cheap, flimsy and my office chair does not roll easily on it. It was hard to vacuum to pick up some debris because it was so thin and cheap that the vacuum would barely move on it since it wanted to suck it up. The mat is super thin. The photo they show is misleading because that chair they show must be super tiny. Definitely take your own measurements before ordering. Otherwise, I think it's going to do the trick, just wish I had ordered 2 because 1 isn't enough, and it's a little pricey for what you get. Read more

I bought a glass floor mat to go over moderately thick pile carpet after trying a plastic one that the wheels dented. The glass was great however my chair actually rolled too easily causing constant leg fatigue trying to stay in one spot. I bought this to go over the glass and it slowed the wheels just enough that I can stay in one place. I wish it was a little bigger to completely cover my glass mat but it works great. Ironically it matched my carpet so you can't really see it. I would recommend rolling the product for delivery instead of folding to avoid the fold lines that still haven't come out after a couple weeks. Read more
