The stickiness is great, walked around all day in Sedona + they stayed on. I didn't get these so much for the support as for an auto immune disease that I have. My calcaneus grows up into my Achilles tendon and is super painful. Instead of putting a piece of leather in the back of my shoes I found this tape! The tape helped on a long walk and I don't have to modify all my shoes now! So, the value for the money for me, is almost priceless. It does give you support in your Achilles for sure. These are really sticky. They stay even after running for some time and are kind of hard to get off even after showering so they last a while. They're pretty easy to use. I have to cut one strip into fours for it to fit my small size 5.5 feet well enough. Aside from being a tad painful to pull off, they are comfortable while running or in use. I forget they are there. So far I like these better than others I've tried and I love that they will last me a long time because they cover so much. Read more

My right ankle has had many mishaps, breaks and sprains in my younger years. As I have aged, I found my ankle to be weak. I bought the Kinesiology Tape to provide support to my ankle. I'm pleased to announce the tape worked so well, I joined a Bowling League for the 2025-2026 year. The only problem I had with the tape was removing it. It will be easier to remove in the shower. I have a number of issues in my feet that cause swelling in my ankle . I cannot wear compression items due to other issues and I must say this was amazing. Easy to put on stays about 3 days for me and keeps 90% of the normal swelling out. Highly recommend great product Read more

I love when K-tape is rounded and cut into specific shapes and sizes for your different needs. This is great for the ankle but would probably fit in many areas. Feels fine. It's not just K-tape, it's OK Tape. Read more
