I have struggled with finding kinesiology tape that works, stays put, and doesnt cause irritation/ripped skin. I have found all of this with the OK TAPE! OMG this tape! Stays in place and didn't come off as I ran. Durability was not an issue and helped alleviate the pain I was feeling on the outer lateral side of my knees. I used the color tape to color coordinate with my run outfits...I will be buying this product again...As you can see I bought this tape in several colors....It also goes a long way...I ran three weekend challenge races and still have plenty of tape left and that was using three pieces on each knee for each race...a great price for a great product...DO NOT buy the tape at Target...buy this one instead!! I was buying another brand for years until I found this lighter more flexible tape for my aching ankle. The flesh color matches my skin but there were two other colors offered as well. There are silvery gray spots on it which look sporty. After a couple of days and showers it peels a bit at the end but I cut that off or just remove it. I hardly know I am wearing it all day!
