I typically use size "small" gloves. However, I checked my hand according to their measurement guide as recommended by the listing and according to that measurement I ordered small in this brand. The small fits perfectly and they provide excellent hand protection in the kitchen. Overall fit/specifically the finger fit is really good, no flapping at the fingertips. I find that they wipe off easily with a paper towel/rag if desired during food processing. If you are finding that they rip easily perhaps the next size up would help with that issue. Reliable, thick, & tear resistant. No powder-ey hands after use either. Will buy again, however, due to price I get two types/brands of gloves. A cheaper not as good but food safe one. And then these gloves for things like trash and bathroom cleaning. The others it is okay if there is a tear, it would just be inconvenient.
