This water flosser surprised me in the best way. The water pressure is strong — not like those weak gadgets that only tickle your gums. The battery lasts a long time, it’s comfortable to hold, and the size is perfect for everyday use or travel. It’s a bit noisy, but honestly, I’d be noisy too if I cleaned between teeth this well. After just a couple of days, you can really feel the difference — everything feels cleaner and fresher, almost like after a dental appointment. The tips are easy to swap, no leaks, no weird issues. For the price, it’s an awesome tool that actually does what it promises. If you’re unsure — just get it. Your teeth will thank you, and your dentist might miss the extra business. Read more

I received this water flosser 10/17/25 and began using it after I charged it overnight. I decided to wait until after my dental cleaning appointment to write a review so I could get feedback from the hygienist regarding the effectiveness of removing plaque. At my dental appointment on 12/11/25, the hygienist was pleased because there was very little plaque buildup on my teeth. Her only recommendation was to use the flosser on medium speed because she said high could cause damage to the gum tissue. Here are the PROS and CONS: PROS: It's very easy to fill the tank with water. (I use filtered water that I store in a water bottle on the counter) It holds a charge for two to three weeks. It's easy to use and makes my teeth feel really clean. It comes with five cleaning attachments: 2 regular water sprayers, 1 plaque removal tool, 1 tool for braces, and a tongue cleaner. I keep the tip covered with a toothbrush cover when not in use. CONS: It is a bit messy as water flows out of your mouth and on the handle which makes it slippery. Overall, I'm happy with the product and the results. Read more

This is the best water flosser that I have ever tried. I have been using a water flosser every day for the past seven years. I have used multiple brands and models, including the leading name brand. My last water flosser was an expensive brand, but it gave up the ghost after just a few months. This summer, I decided to purchase the Onlyone water flosser on sale and give it a try. It has been WONDERFUL. The biggest problem with other brands was that the battery always ran down after just a few days. Secondly, the other brands would trap water behind the reservoir and develop cracks in the tank, causing issues with water pressure while flossing, and leaking water puddles onto the bathroom counter overnight! Finally, the tank was always running out of water before I finished flossing, so I had to fill it up repeatedly. However, this brand fixes EVERY SINGLE PROBLEM. The battery easily lasts 3 weeks to one month on a single charge. Water never gets trapped behind the reservoir, and I have not seen any cracks develop in the tank after several months of use. The tank is larger, and I am easily able to finish flossing on a single fill. Two other bonuses for the Onlyone water flosser: 1) The suction power is stronger, so it cleans teeth more efficiently and doesn't leave behind water residue at the bottom of the tank. 2) The tips are slightly narrower than other brands. At first I was disappointed, but then I discovered that it is easier to reach difficult angles at back of my mouth. The narrower tips are also more efficient at cleaning food and plaque. A huge plus! The Onlyone water flosser is by far the best water flosser that I ever purchased. Amazing product for a great price. Read more

Good water capacity, great battery life. I didn't need all the nozzles, as I don't have orthodontic work, but the standard tip works well. The angle of the nozzle is adjustable through twisting. The settings work well! My mouth feels way cleaner than dental floss alone. Definitely a must have in the home. I've only had to do the initial prior to first use charge so far! The machine has a little noise, but it fairly quiet. Once you get used to using a water flosser, there is little to no splashing. Fantastic quality for the price. Read more

I’ve never been great at keeping up with flossing, and my dentist has been on me about it for years. I decided to give this flosser a try, not expecting much, but wow, it actually makes me look forward to cleaning my teeth. The first night I used it, I could literally feel something different, like that smooth, “just-left-the-dentist” feeling. It’s gentle enough on my gums but powerful when I switch it to higher settings. The water tank lasts longer than I expected, and I love that I only need to charge it once in a while. I'm also trying to use it regularly before bed, and it's kind of like a mini self-care ritual now. Simple, quiet, and surprisingly effective. I didn’t think I’d be one of those people who raves about a flosser, but here we are. Read more

Works great! I used to use one of the official shower floss brand kits that the dentist office sold me. I used it for a couple years and my teeth never felt better. I moved and my new house has lower water pressure so I could no longer use the one that screws into your shower head. So, I picked this one up. It’s been great. I have to refill the canister every day but that only takes about 20 seconds. My teeth are clean, it only takes about 30 seconds to empty the canister (I use it in the shower!), it doesn’t leak AT ALL, it seems to be plenty durable (unless you throw it?) and it does literally the exact same thing my professional quality cleaning pik did. It simply sits on the shelf next to my shampoo and takes up almost no space. If you care about your teeth or like me, you simply hate it when the dentist roasts you for not flossing enough(!) pick this up and be amazed at how much better your mouth feels. You never realize how much crud is left behind by your tooth brush unto you start using one of these too. It will blow you away. Read more
