I was looking for a magnesium supplement that would do a little more. This seems to be a reasonable blend of nutrients with magnesium, alphalipoic acid and CoQ10 but it’s a proprietary blend so I have no idea how much of anything is in the capsule. If this is the only supplement you are taking, it’s better than nothing but highly unlikely that it’s enough of anything. If you are taking other supplements then it’s hard to know if you should cut back on something else in order to accommodate this blend. That being said it is a fairly large capsule but at least the dosing is one capsule daily. After taking this for a couple of weeks I am not sure I can note a difference. Since I am already taking several supplements it is really hard to tell. I will say that even though it’s a fairly large capsule it is not terribly hard to swallow, I tend to drink a lot of water when taking supplements so I suggest that as well. The capsules are flavorless and I did not note any digestive issues or side effects while taking it. I really hope these work because they are definitely on the pricey side. The capsules themselves are great - they’re decent sized, easy to swallow, and the ingredient list is good. Magnesium glycinate, turmeric, alpha lipoic acid, CoQ10… all solid choices for nerve support, so I’m hopeful they’ll help with nerve pain once they’ve had time to build up. I also like that they’re made in the USA and seem pretty clean and straightforward. I just wish they were third-party tested, or at least that the listing mentioned it, because at this price point that really should be expected. My biggest issue - and this is happening with more and more vitamin companies - is the giant barcode sticker placed right over the entire supplement label on the back of the bottle. It doesn’t just cover the ingredients, it covers the percentages too, which I always check because I take multiple supplements every day. I need to make sure I’m not doubling up on things like magnesium or turmeric, and it’s unsafe and frustrating when I can’t see that information. And the sticker isn’t easy to peel off - it’s stubborn and tears. Aside from that, everything looks good so far. If these end up helping with nerve discomfort the way I’m hoping, then it’ll be worth it. But seriously… companies need to stop covering the most important part of the bottle with a sticker. This has been working very well for me. I was running low on my my RLS medication, so I decided to give this a try while waiting to get my RX refilled. I was surprised that I could tell a difference from the very first dose. It's definitely helping me a great deal at night, and although it doesn't make me sleepy, it does help me to get better sleep. This is a one a day veggie capsule (30 count). The label lists 80 mg magnesium glycinate and 575 mg of proprietary blend containing magnesium glycinate, alpha-lipolic acid, bitchers broom, L-carnitine, tumeric extract (95 % curcuminoids) and CoQ10, they are unflavored capsules, non GMO/GMP. The capsules are on the larger side you can see from the photo they are bout the diameter of a dime. They do have a smooth shell and go down pretty easy with water, but be aware if you do not like larger pills. I did not notice an aftertaste. The only reason I am taking a star off is because the proprietary blend lists the botanicals but not their individual mg amounts, so it's very hard to know the doses ingredient by ingredient making it impossible to know how much your getting. That combined with the very large capsule. Also take note that CoQ10 is ubiquinone form and not ubiquinol. Read more
