The first four vitamins and minerals on the ingredients list are vitamin c (90 mg), vitamin D (25 mg), magnesium, (20 mg) and chromium (100 mg). The remainder (528 mg) of ingredients is a list of herbs and twigs way to long to list and impossible to evaluate how or why this particular blend might be effective. The recommended dosage is one capsule a day - no mention whether it is more effective to take with or without food. So you are placing a lot of trust in this company that their blend is far better than simply taking vitamin C, D, mag, and chromium. You get a 1-month supply; 30 capsules. Each capsule come out be $1.33 each! That's a bit pricy, I think. For that price, I'd like a bit more info on the effectiveness of this blend other than simply the claim on the bottle.
