NerveSync is a blend of plant based ingredients and supplements that seems directed at "providing support" for the human nerve system. You can read the ingredients in one of the photos on their Amazon page, but here they are for convenience: magnesium glycinate (80 mg) and the Proprietary Blend: magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, Butcher's Broom root extract, L-carnatine, Turmeric rhizome extract with Cucurminoids, and Coenzyme Q 10, as ubiquinone. The only ingredient that is quantified is the magnesium glycinate. I and another family member took this supplement without any negative consequences, but it was hard to tell if it led to any improvements. I have my personal reservations about this product. First, they don't quantify the amount of supplements that are in the mix. This is important because if someone is already taking C-=Q10, for example, they have no way of knowing if they are taking too large a dose of CoQ10. Second, most of the supplements you could take on your own in controlled amounts. The exceptions are the Butcher's Bloom and Turmeric extract, which could be proprietary. My second reservation is the lack of specificity in what the product is actually supposed to do, and the lack of evidence that it has been tested and shown to work. My last reservation is the price, which seems very high for the kinds of ingredients it has, most of which are readily available on the market. I'm having issues with cervical radiculopathy right now and lo and behold, this popped into my recommendations. I took it to two doctors who said it won't hurt, but it won't help. If you believe, it can function as a placebo. And adding more magnesium to your diet is probably a good thing. But, both doctors decided this was basically a waste of money. Read more

I can tell that this product works but I really think there are a lot of factors that go into who it works for. I'm a pretty average sized person and I could tell that it was working but not a huge difference. I could tell that I was not as sluggish in the mornings and that I had a little more energy than normal. But it was not a huge difference, I was not bouncing off the walls and running in circles. I could feel the difference the most in the mornings, I took it every night when I ate dinner I'm not sure if taking it when you eat helps but I would assume it would. I think if they made different size capsules for different size people or if they made them to be based on the weight of the person I think they would help more. Overall though it did help me and they are a great value for your money and if you need some help waking up or just little more energy throughout the day these would be great to have. Read more
