I take this to help with cognitive functions (mental clarity, focus, memory recall) I do this in stages. I will take an entire bottle then take a break for approx 4 weeks (on - off schedule) I take this in combination with reishi mushroom and I do notice my memory getting better (being able to do things without having to write them down) memory recall improves but mostly the biggest thing i notice is focus. I can focus on projects and not get sidetracked or loose motivation because im tired. It really helps with keeping mental energy up. My brain doesn't get as tired fast. I’m giving this three stars because I’ve noticed no physical/mental difference. I’ll continue to purchase and use because there are no side effects and Lions Mane is touted to be good for one’s brain recollection, something I am concerned about.
