It’s exactly as described. The only reservation I have is the way the magnesium is listed twice. (1) Magnesium (as magnesium glycinate) 60 mg (2) Magnesium glycinate 400 mg. Other Magnesium glycinate products are more expensive and require more than 1 capsule as a “serving”. I am a bit skeptical d/t low price, 1 capsule=460 mg. I’ll have to do some Grok (AI) research.
