It's ok. The instructions suggest 1Tbsp be mixed with water, but doesn't say how much water. 2Tbsp for 8oz of water gives it the flavor and consistency of a typical matcha latte, though a tad sweet. The mix dissolves well, maybe a little better than some others I've used. The zip lock seal on the bag is the worst I've seen. It is chancy and broke while trying to seal the package for the first time. Overall I was not impressed enough with the product to overcome the shortcomings of instructions and poor packaging. Once you get your portions right this matcha is the best! It does take a bit to figure out and I almost returned it, but after some work it has been so good. Dissolves great in warm/hot water. What I do is use 2tbsp of matcha mix with some water to dissolve then pour it over some unsweetened almond milk/coconut milk. Will be ordering again. Read more

The packaging came well but additional information was not shown or informed in the description. I was looking for a matcha latte powder with clean ingredients which I saw but unfortunately when I received the package it came with a warning stating this can expose you to lead etc. So that was unexpected and disappointing. Will be discarding and purchasing a different brand. Read more
