For the price these are great kitchen knives for those who don't want to or can't spend hundreds on "professional" knives. Attractive color that doesn't chip or wear off. Great balance so your arm won't get tired for heavy duty cutting (Thanksgiving, big crowds, etc). Nice edges that will make everyday cutting easy. They do require occasional sharpening and honing but the included honing steel works fine. The shears work great. The steaks knives seem to be an unnecessary addition and that space would be better used for different item such as a cleaver or smaller santoku but overall a great set Read more

When I received them they felt cheap to me. However I got another set $80 for free right after and it felt the same way. The color is nice and it adds a splash of Personality to the kitchen. The knives are sharp and work well. I ended up gifting them to my mom who is very picky about her knives and she has loved them. Blue is her favorite color so that helps but the durability and feel/sharpness have been great for her. For being so inexpensive this was a steal.
