Great value
For the price these are great kitchen knives for those who don't want to or can't spend hundreds on "professional" knives. Attractive color that doesn't chip or wear off. Great balance so your arm won't get tired for heavy duty cutting (Thanksgiving, big crowds, etc). Nice edges that will make everyday cutting easy. They do require occasional sharpening and honing but the included honing steel works fine. The shears work great.
