I ordered this case for my fiancé last Christmas, now that he’s had it for a while I feel we can give a proper review on how well it holds up. The case is very strong and durable! It protects his phone very well and prevents any cracks to the front and back glass on his iPhone 12 Pro Max without having to sacrifice a thin design. The case is comfortable to hold and it’s texture is nice for slip resistance when holding or having it laying on an inclined/sloped surface. I’m the past 4 months his phone has not been damaged and he hasn’t even had to replace his screen protector either. The case has also held up well with no damage to it. His last case was peeling and broke around the power opening (it was also otter box but an older version) and did not last as long as this one has. He works in a heavy machinery factory so a good sturdy case that protects well is very important to us and this case definitely fits the bill. It’s also a great price for a name brand case. If you need a durable hard case for work this is it. I work a physically demanding job that requires me to lift heavy objects and machinery’s So this case is great, it’s really sturdy and has raised edges so I don’t have to worry about the camera lens or screen. Since it’s a sturdy case putting it on is a little stiff but it’s fairly easy. I read reviews on the stiff buttons so l Knew what to expect with that and they are stiff but it’s not a problem to me but just a warning to those who do not like that. For me the case isn’t super bulky but those who want a slimmer case this might not be for you. But for me all that mattered was to have a reliable sturdy case and with that I am very satisfied and will be repurchasing! Update: My phone case lasted 2 years till I decided I would replace it with the same case model just lest scratches and less cracked. I didn’t notice a major difference in the new case other then the weight. The new phone case seemed lighter and the hard cover seemed less durable. I had the case on for two weeks and dropped it per usual and it broke. I was expecting a crack but not half the side to come off when it didn’t even fall on its side. The last case did not break as easily regardless of the surface I dropped it on. The case I have on now is less in tact then my old case which I might put back on since it’s in better shape. I will repurchase but in my opinion the quality has gone down unfortunately, but it still protected my phone from all the drops so I’m happy about that. Read more
