I bought these because we have a little inflatable hot tub and I wanted to go in at all times of the month. From reading all the reviews I quickly realized these aren't marketed to adults generally so when I read the reviews, these run large, these run small I didn't know what to think. Under size Amazon said, wear your usual size, L. They arrived and they fit fine. They are high on top but if you have some belly they may roll down. Mine did not fill up like a wet diaper. Nothing has notably leaked but I haven't challenged them to a super heavy day. They will be a vacation staple. They hang to dry after hand washing and dry by the next day. Read more

These do hold up and are leak proof . But , the fit is a bit on the smaller side. They are not thick or heavily padded , so they are easy to wear because they don’t feel like a diaper . But , the cut isn’t the most comfortable. I do feel more confident when wearing these under period proof swim shorts . The coverage isn’t great since the cut is so high. Read more

Good first - comfortable, nice fit, good color quality, when dry, it doesn't feel like I'm wearing a bulky pad or underwear. Bad - the butt cheeks coverage is a bit smaller than I like. No wedging, just a bit of movement when walking. I watched one of the video reviews above where it showed how the material was water proof. That was cool. I didn't try that trick when I got them. I wore them once (not on my period), in a pool. I realized fairly quickly that the padding inside had filled with water. And it felt like wearing a wet sponge when I got out of the water. I thought maybe it was because I had adjusted them while in the water and that maybe I had let water in. But I used them again today, and very carefully got into the water and made sure not adjust them. They filled very quickly with water and were no longer water proof. Darn. They might work well as period underwear if you are not in the water, but I'm not sure I'll trust them in the water. I realize period swimwear is a big ask....but these are disappointing. Read more

I have bern unable to enjoy our pool , or go to the beach this summer due to having vaginal atrophy . The salt water at the beach and the chlorine in the pool really irritate and burn my female parts ! I was looking for an answer and thought I had found it . This “ waterproof “ bottom arrived today and I was so excited to be able to join my husband in the pool . I was very cautious so stepped onto the ladder then directly onto a full length float . After a good bit of sun and floating around the pool I was ready to get out . I stepped unto the ladder and part of my body was in the water and within seconds I was totally wet on my bottom half ! I exited the pool as quickly as I could and wrapped a towel around myself and took the bottoms off Immediately. I ran into the house and hit the shower as fast as I could because I knew the chlorine was going to cost me some issues. I then got the bathing suit bottoms and hung them out on a clip hanger to dry . It has been 4 hours and they are still wet especially in the crotch area . Very disappointed . The style looked good and they fit pretty well , its a shame they didnt work as well as they looked ! Read more
