These are amazing! We were ready to replace our hard anodized set that was 15 years old and not performing well anymore. We bought a henkles hex clad type set from Costco first. They didn’t heat evenly and stuck terribly despite being “nonstick .” We returned them and ordered these. Best decision. Heat evenly and no sticking at all. Only downside is they don’t come with a large 14” skillet or sauté pan. We ordered them separately. We cook a lot and wanted quality cookware. We found it! Read more

I purchased the OXO Enhanced 10-Piece Cookware Set and was impressed right away by how heavy and sturdy the pots and pans are. They feel like high-quality pieces, especially for the price. After the first use, I did notice some scratching on the bottom from my flat-top electric range. The set is advertised as suitable for electric cooktops, so I was a little surprised by that and now wonder how well it would hold up on a gas range. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind. Cleaning was very easy—just a soft sponge and regular dish soap got everything spotless without any trouble. Be sure to follow the instructions too: letting the pan fully heat up before cooking really makes a difference in performance. Overall, this is an amazing buy for the quality you get. I bought these for my sister and she absolutely loves them! They're deep enough to be able to boil pasta in. She makes a single serving macaroni and cheese on the stove top in the small one. I'm wondering if those round edges were the reason they are not making them anymore? I'm really upset about that because I got on Amazon to order a set for myself and cannot find them. I really like these pots. Very easy to clean, nothing sticks though I only use medium heat. Very well made. Handle can get hot close to the pot but is cool to touch at the end of the handle. Read more

I seemed to have missed the two reviews that stated this issue. I like using these saucepans on my ceramic flat top stove. They sit fairly flat on the burner; seem to heat evenly; and, are (at the moment) a dream to clean. They are not excessively heavy and pouring from the pan is easy with the curves. However, the handles on the lids (not on the pans themselves) get too hot to touch. I thought about placing a silicone or rubber washer between the handle and the lid to see if that could insulate from the heat transfer, but the handles appear to be attached with pins/rivets rather than screws. At the moment, I am using my Scanpan lids on these two OXO pots while I decide whether to return them or not. Read more
