These are NICE, solid pans that heat evenly, NOTHING sticks to, cleanup is ridiculously easy under running water, great for browning, making omelets, scratch resistant, nice and heavy and solid and confidence inspiring. Comfortable, solid, hand-filling handles that stay cool. I can't say enough good about them. Nice even heat. Would buy again if someone stole them - because that's the only way I wouldn't have them; I'm sure they'll still be around after I'm gone. One of those purchases that make you happy to have made - something REALLY GOOD. Read more

I bought these mostly to cook medium eggs. I constantly would tear them in my old nonstick. I read about these and decided to give them a try. There ability to resist food sticking to them is almost uncanny. I once cleaned day-old hardened cheese bits from a bunch of grilled cheese sandwiches with a single swipe of a washcloth. It's crazy. Heat distribution is also amazing. Simmering sauces in these is great because the heat is very evenly distributed. Sautéing is a bit hard because fond simply will not build up, but for braises it works great. They are all great. Read more

We were looking for replacement pans for an older non-stick set of pans we had used for several years that were showing signs of wear in the non-stick surface and after looking at a lot of possibilities, chose this three pan set. We at first were thinking of buying the two smaller sizes since we had an All Clad large pan we liked but then saw that the set price was better than the two individually. They arrived as I was preparing dinner one evening, so we gave them an initial washing per instructions and put them right to use. Since then we use them just about ever day and one feature that REALLY jumps out is how easy they are to clean after use. Last night I prepared a dinner of salmon nested atop potato slices, about a quarter inch think with a marinade of citrus juice, oil, and scallions. The whole pan went into the oven at 425 for about 20 minutes. Then the salmon was rested on top skin down and more of the marinade poured over it and back in the oven for another 10-12 minutes. The result was delicious, but in the cooking some of the marinade got a bit crusted around some of the potatoes. We enjoyed the meal, but the clean up after was just wonderful. A quick swipe with a dish cloth and everything on the bottom just slid right out. Then a full cleaning in hot soapy water, a quick dry and all done. These should NOT be cleaned with any kind of abrasive and that includes sponges with one side coated in a rough surface. So we take great care to use a dish cloth both for initial swabbing out and then washing. We saw some concerns that the handles on these pans can get really hot, so we also bought a couple of silicone handle grips - Amazon Basics Silicone Hot Skillet Rectangular Handle Cover Holders. We have used them a couple of times...they slide onto the handles of these pans snugly and are cool and comfortable, but they should NOT go into the oven on the pan. We simply removed the pan with the salmon using standard hot pads. And overall for most of our meals we have not had any problems with excessive heat in the handles when using them on the burners of our gas stove. If you have a recipe that involves a long time period of cooking at higher heat, you might find these useful, but so far we have not used them much. We've bought a range of OXO products over the years and like their quality, ease of use and utility. So far, we're very happy with our choice. Read more

These are the worst non stick pans I have ever purchased. We were very careful not to use excessive heat on these pans, always used a silicon turner and washed gently with a sponge. After a few uses food started sticking, especially eggs which is the only reason we bought them. They have become unusable now. Just take a look at some of the pictures in other reviews, that is exactly what ours looks like. What a waste of money (and I consider them to be expensive). 👎🏼 👎🏼 Read more

I had the previous generation of these pans and have cooked with them all daily for at least 3 years and some are still good but starting to wear down on the most used ones. Got this new version and man is it slick stuff. Probably better than the first gen. Only reason I’m singing a start is for whatever reason stuff still sticks in the middle and when only supposed to use a sponge for cleaning it may need a little soaking to get it off. Otherwise great set of pans. Read more

We have some Greenpan pans that seem to be getting a bit "worn" so I picked up this set after reading reviews, especially considering the really low price. Been using them for a week now and I'm impressed with the quality. They work well for the task (which is expected) and they are very easy to clean and much less of a chore. The ceramic coating seems impervious to just about anything and I expect many years of use from there. Read more

Didn't even last a year before eggs started to stick to it even with oil. I was using a silicon spatula to try and scrape the egg off and it started removing the actual coating of the pan. Read more
