We tried using the Oxyflow Nasal Strips during football practice. Some kids had better luck than other but almost all the ones we tried fell off after awhile of them sweating. I wouldn’t buy this again. It’s just a strip of soft fabric. There is no mechanism to actually improve air flow like with a breath right type strip where you need a semi rigid backing to press up against your nose to hold the nostrils open. I gave it 2 stars only because there might some minor improvement for a snorer so I’ll let others speak to that part. But if I was testing this only the workout/athletics type reason for buying it would be 1 star. Read more
