I wish I would have had something like this when my oldest was a baby! It is so convenient and can be used in the pack and play or out. I had someone taking care of my baby (7 months) and the tri fold made it so easy to transport since they were taking care of him at their residence. It is a nice thickness, not too thick, but doesn't make it feel like your laying them on something uncomfortable. He must have liked it because he naps the same here as in his regular crib. I’m very pleased with this purchase. This mattress fits snuggly in the play yard without any gaps along the edges. It’s firm yet soft and comfy enough for baby to comfortably sleep in. It also easily folds into the convenient carrying bag. Play yard mattress sheets fit just right as well. Read more
Not 3 inches thick. Maybe 2.5 inches. I don't like the trifold design for a crib, as it is too easy for a child to lift the edges of, but otherwise convenient for storage and maybe just a floor rest mat. Not easy to figure out a solution to mattress protection though-- putting a waterproof pad on a folding mattress only works so well. Read more

Bought this for my senior dog. His elbows were starting to become raw and I wanted him to have padding to lay on. My boy was 75-80lbs and it held its shape. We no longer need it due to our old boy passing away, but I plan on donating it to the animal shelter since the padding is still good. Read more
