I don't usually write reviews, but I felt I would on this one. We needed a new bathroom faucet and this one for the bill. Two handled, brushed nickel. I thought it was attractive and the price was low enough I thought I would give it a shot. It was supposed to be delivered tomorrow but showed up today, a day early. I took it out of the box. It was packed very well, and the quality for the price was outstanding. Installation was very easy, and before long it was in and working wonderfully. My only complaint is that the spout on this bathroom faucet swivels. I've seen kitchen ones swivel, but not a bathroom. All I can think of is sitting on the thrown staring at it because someone left it pushed to the side and not centered. But that's on me. It's a great faucet. So good my wife wants to replace to one upstairs now too. So I guess I'm buying another one. Read more

I installed this very easily, my first faucet install ever too. My U trap was gross, made sure to clean that out. Everything was gross in this old sink honestly, cleaning the old gunk out was the worst part. My old drain had a lot of putty under it I made sure to clean out. I also cleaned out the sinks overflow drain tunnel with a wire and a brush, while running water through, draining out onto a towel. Once I had my sink prepared for the install, it was easy. No putty required. The o-rings on the drain are solid, I have had zero leaks. I like the stopper, it is a push up and down mechanism that opens and closes the drain, no pull up stopper bar to install. You can also just pull the entire stopper mechanism out of the drain, and it has a catch you can clean out. The faucet looks sleek, and it can rotate. The water comes out nicely. Recently installed this easy-as-pie faucet kit! Honestly it was more of a pain to take out the old stuff. This kit is simple to install, effectively transforming our dated sink into a more modern statement. The sink head swivels which was a nice surprise that I missed in the description. The water flow is strong. If you would like to install a low flow faucet head, the current head easily twists off. So far, most of the seals are water tight! The only one I noticed was an insignificant drip when the stopper is pushed closed. I can just barely hear an occasional drip when the sink is full of water. I am not concerned about that in the slightest, considering it is far more effective at keeping the water in the sink compared to our last one. The tail pipe is plastic, which will make the disassembly for any future homeowner easier. A small wrench is helpful for install, but no giant pipe wrench is required for install. Depending on what you have currently, you might need one for you old drain pipe. Overall, very pleased with it and we shall see if it stands the test of time! Read more

The media could not be loaded. This is exactly as described, which is awesome. The faucet swivels, the hot and cold are clearly marked, the included drain is pop-up. Installation was super easy, and the instructions were CLEAR!! You will need to get a new washer and nut to screw into your p trap, but that’s easily purchased at your local big box store. Just be sure to line up the hole in the drain with your overflow (if your sink has one). Otherwise, you’ll block the overflow, it won’t flow, and the overflow will become disgusting over the years.
