***2-week Update*** The drain tailpiece has been leaking despite my efforts to get it to seal. My investigation revealed that water that enters the overflow cavity in the sink seeps down between the cone-shaped rubber washer under the sink and the tailpiece threads, then runs down and pools on top of the trap nut until it drips. I think the rubber cone washer is just a little too hard to press against the tailpiece and seal properly, so I removed the whole assembly and wiped a thin layer of clear silicone sealant into the tailpiece threads and reassembled it. I left it 12 hours to cure and then tested it over the next couple of days - no leaks! So hopefully this hint might be helpful if you have the same problem. I just finished installing this, and I'm very pleased with the product for what it cost. I just finished installing three Deltas and a Kohler in another house, and it's obvious of course this isn't equal to any of those. But my application is in a guest bathroom that gets used very rarely, and I just didn't want to spend $150 - $300 to put a name-brand faucet in that bath. It took me longer to get the hideous, old, rusted up faucet that was in there out than it did to install this. Be careful working with it and don't overtighten anything as it appears that a lot of the components are die-cast zinc and won't take a lot of torque. However, the valve bodies are brass, and everything seems to work fine. It's worthwhile to note that the faucet does come with supply lines which most don't include, and that's another $12 - $18 if you have to buy them separately. So all in all, we'll see how it holds up, but at first impression, it's a tremendous value for what I needed. Read more
I have purchased 4 of these facets in brushed oil and brushed nickel and they are not only beautiful with a nice weight of heaviness, but so easy to install. My husband installed all 4 and never once had a problem during the installation process. Its been 3 years since I purchased the first faucet and it is still beautiful and functioning with an A+. I initially bought one of these to test it out and make a visual difference for our original faucets which had seen their day. I was very pleased with the installation process and how great the faucet looked... so I purchased another. For what I needed it for the faucet works great! However... After about two weeks with the faucet I noticed what other reviewers had mentioned: PROS: - Faucet looks great - Easy to install - Very affordable compared to Lowes/Home Depot (double, almost triple the price) CONS - The finish is easy to scratch - The pop-up drain can get stuck OR raise high enough to allow for enough water to flow down the drain, so clogging happens easily. - No matter how many times you adjust the drain connection, it WILL leak. Prepare to use some kind of sealant (i.e. thread seal tape) around the ring, once you discover the leaking area. Overall I'm happy with the purchase, considering how affordable the faucet is versus the alternatives. We intend to re-model our bathroom in the future, so this buys us some time... The main thing I would highlight is the leaking issue from the drain connection... Even if you feel you got it right, check it over the next few weeks, because I can almost guarantee you'll have water leakage. Prepare to potentially seal it with some kind of sealant, as mentioned above, once you locate the leaking area... Mine was from the pop-up drain to the main drain connection. I almost changed my mind completely on the review, since this essentially defies the point of a 'drain', if it's leaking... The manufacturer really needs to re-evaluate (quality control) the drain-connection component. Once you have that sorted out you should be decently satisfied with your purchase. --- UPDATE: I was contacted by Parlos Home and they wanted to make it right regarding the purchase of my faucets. They went out of their way to ensure that my experience was a good one. You can definitely tell the company wants to make a good, universal product at a reasonable price and actually cares about their consumers. I appreciate you listening to the concerns and working to make the product/purchases better for others. Read more
This is a follow up to a prior post about the Parlos faucets. We have had the Parlos faucets, widespread handles and pop up sink drains for just over a year. I purchased four faucets, two in oil rubbed bronze and two in satin nickel. The finish on the faucets with gentle care remains excellent. The pop up drains also work well and I prefer them to the lever action drains. The connections and installation of the faucets was easy if you are a DIY type person. The one minus is that the cold water cartidge/handle developed a drip on one of the oil rubbed bronze sets. I did some looking for Parlos replacement parts/cartridges and was unable locate any (I did not contact Parlos through Amazon). As such, I ordered another oil rubbed bronze faucet so I have spare parts for the two faucets I installed. I will likely do the same for the satin nickel faucets. If anyone had identified where Parlos parts can be obtained, please add to this post for others. Read more

I was debating on whether to purchase this faucet or not, however I’m glad I just went for it. It’s simple yet beautiful and the price is fair. My husband is very handy so he had no issues with instillation. I just know this one will last longer than the black one I just had which chipped up horribly. Read more

After two years of use, the quick connector broke, an d Parlos does not have the replacement to fit this model. SAD! I can't find any to match this piece needed. Now I have to buy a new faucet and pay for labor. Read more
