They are individually wrapped, which I do find is a waste of wrapping as they could come unwrapped. It stays fully adhered all night even on my nose if it wasn't just washed. It's thin and light but has strong plastic strips to lift open the nose. It's also clear which is my preference. I have noticed after trying many strips that the ones that hold the best don't have the stiff plastic that goes to the ends but leaves 1/8-1/4" of plain adhesive. I picked up these Peace&Quiet PQ 40 Nasal Strips for my wife to help with her snoring and to get a better night's sleep for her and me. The transparent strips are subtle, and she finds them comfortable to wear. The strips do stick well to the skin from what I can see. The package of 40 also comes with some ear plugs. I guess if the strips wouldn't work the other person gets the plugs for sleeping.
