I ordered this after a complete shoulder replacement. The hospital fitted me with one but it was way too big. ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL! It’s very adjustable and easy for me to maneuver! I’m 11 days post op. I’m so thankful I ordered this on my own. I’m sure it’s responsible for my lack of bad pain. I also ordered 2 gowns with Velcro that have been amazing. If you know you’re having this surgery, prepare for it. Btw, it’s just like the hospital issued one with same support and quality. Read more
This sling is SO MUCH better than others I had tried. They were one size fits all which were terrible for a small person. I am almost 5 feet tall and the small size in this fits my arm perfectly! The neck strap is extremely comfortable and stays in place. The others I tried the neck strap was constantly slipping down. It provided great support and isn’t as heavy as some others. This was the cheapest I found the product for which was great. It’s a good quality however, it’s a little frustrating with the fact that it sticks to the armrest and the buckle in the front to make it longer or shorter is a little harder than I thought it would be for a personal, who only can use one hand however all around it’s a good product. I love this sling I have brachioplexus and it was able to relieve the pain and take the pressure off my shoulder. I love the little pillow thing inside where you can set your arm. I would definitely recommend this product. Read more
I recently had a shoulder replacement surgery and the shoulder immobilizer put on me afterward was way too big for me. It was supposedly a "universal" size. I'm under 5 feet tall and that one was very uncomfortable for me. I ordered this Braceapedia one from Amazon (size small) and it fit perfectly. When you're wearing something like this 24/7, it needs to fit properly. Measure your forearm and select a size based on that measurement. You'll be glad you did. Read more
The material where your arm would go was very soft as it should be, but it just kept having my arm slide out which I had to keep tugging on it to keep it in the sling. Read more
This sling is so comfortable and supportive!! I broke my shoulder and having it in the sling I got from the hospital was so painful that I needed to get a different sling. I bought this one and it is so easy for me to use. It is supportive and with all the adjustments I could really make it fit. I didn’t need the cushion so I am using the sling with out the cushion.
