I’ve been using these nasals strips basically every night when I go to sleep. And I must say that I am impressed. I wake up feeling refreshed. Even if I don’t get a full 8 hours of sleep. Im not tired. I can breathe better and deeper. I usually wash my face before applying the nasal strips so it can stick better which actually works. Very easy to use . Very durable. They stay on for the whole night. When I workout with them on, I feel more energized and energetic. Like I can bust through my workout even more because of the fact I can breathe more efficiently. Works very well. The adhesive is strong and does not come off easily if you’re not trying to take it off. The material is strong and does a good job maintaining its shape while keeping your nose open. After a while you kind of forget you’re wearing them so I’d say they’re pretty comfortable. These are great for working out! They help me breathe better through my nose so I don't have my mouth hanging open the whole time I'm lifting. I was surpised at how well they stay stuck on given that I'm a pretty heavy sweater. They did start to peel off a little after about 30 minutes of running, but I had put sunblock on before the strips, so that isn't totally suprising. Read more

These nasal strips are high quality and remain in place throughout my entire workout - even with constant wiping of the face to remove sweat. I notice the biggest benefit on high intensity training days when recovery time is brief and my cardiovascular system is heavily taxed. I actually ordered these by mistake and was going to return them. However, when I received them Matt had written such a nice note in there about supporting small business that I figured I would just give them a try. Wife them in a hike today and they were great! Only knocked down a star because they aren’t as sticky as others, It came off about 2 miles in because I was sweating so much, but that’s to be expected. Read more

These are excellent. I use them primarily for performance during weight training, and they have made a pretty clear difference with oxygen intake and fatigue on leg days and HIIT in particular. I bought these from prior reviews and was excited to try them. I live in NC mountains and followed the directions on the package. 1st day I walked. 25 mile and then started my run. At 0.53 the strip came completely off. Tried again on a circuit workout and in under an hour the strip came completely off. Not sure how this received such high reviews because they just doesn't stay on. Read more
