Good collars, they work well. We use these collars a lot and overall the battery life is good; we end up charging them every few uses just to ensure that we always have them when we need them. The side locking button is a great safety feature. It's very easy to switch between the three collars using the button on the side of the remote. When I had an issue with the collar I contacted customer support and they were great; they corrected the issue immediately! Great company. Read more
I was surprised these actually work. The collar is too thick to put through the receiver so it’s is only under one lip. The collars need to be charged every 4-5 days and you only get a charger with one collar plug and one receiver plug. So I rotate collars to charge. You must remember to push the plug cover in so they don’t get wet before using them. The 3 colors make it easy with 3 dogs. It takes a few days to get used to selecting the right dog. Start with the beep and call their name. If they ignore beep and then vibrate. Reward them when they come on the beep. I have actually only had to shock a couple of times. We have shock on 5 and vibrate on 16. The collar must be tight to shock or work properly. Tighter than you would normally put a collar on. I attached the small round lights to these collars for nighttime. So I can see them. The top number on the right, shows the vibrate intensity and the bottom number shows the shock intensity. The dog head on the left shows which collar you are beeping we did blue ,orange,black for 1,2,3, and the head moves down in sequence. I found them easy to pair. Remember beep first and call their name. When they come reward. If they ignore the beep add a vibrate and reward. Work when they are within several feet to teach them. These do not work over about 300 ft away from you. So you may need to chase them down a bit to get close enough to shock if they are persistent in ignoring you. They do shock, if your collar is on tight enough and you are within range. Ours responded pretty quickly to the beep and vibrate. Do not abuse the shock button or you will just waste you’re money and build a tolerance to the whole concept. Read more

I don’t generally like to write poor reviews, but I’m hoping I can spare someone the disappointment I’ve experienced with these. I’ve had these for a little less than four months now and they’re practically useless at this point. I have three young dogs that get a lot of off leash time for exercise in varying environments. The remote has terrible battery life and barely makes it through a day even when I’m hardly using it. One of the collars doesn’t work at all anymore (even with full charge) and the other two are only working on one channel with alternating functions. One vibrates and the other beeps on the same channel, but neither will work with any other function on either of the other channels. Not a great product. Worked okay for about 3-4 uses, but now I have to try and find another product that actually works. Read more
I purchased this as I am having trouble with two of our labs, being very stubborn and not respecting their boundaries. I took this product out of the box and charged all of the transponders, once this was complete it was an easy setup process that took no longer than 3 mins. I am very pleased with everything and it has certainly met my expectations. Read more
I have two labs and a pit bull. I like to let them run off leash when possible however they did not always listen to commands while being off leash. This allows me to keep control of my dogs while also letting them run and play with eachother. One lab is pretty stubborn so her settings are adjusted higher where my other lab just requires very low vibration to get her attention. The pit bull is somewhere in the middle. I used to have to put them in crates when family was visiting because they would jump on people and be over excited. Now simply having the collars on they are better behaved.
