The faucet itself is very nicely made, and the chrome castings are of a nice heavy metal, with a beautiful finish. I knocked it down two stars on ease of install for two reasons however... you have to be very careful attaching the supply line that connects the hot and cold faucet valves to the faucet spout. The spout has a thin black plastic tube that drops down about 2+ inches, and it is not at the same level as the hot and cold faucet valves. It takes some careful work to make the two valve connections work without breaking the black faucet pipe, because you put a lot of strain on it all twisting the water line to get everything to line up. It CAN be done - but you just have to be super careful. Not a very user-friendly design if you ask me. And this was with me installing the faucet on the new vanity countertop before I installed it on the new vanity. Trying to install this valve in an existing vanity (up behind the sink) would be a nightmare - I’d definitely select another faucet if that was the case. Read more

We are in a professional house, cleaning company, a large local franchise, so when it came to time to purchase new faucets for our bathrooms, we were very picky. This and someways was all about brand, but I landed on this Pfister instead of a Moen. I am very, very pleased. We have two matching ones. I appreciate that they are coated and less likely to turn colors. We actually have them mix and matching with our tub, which is a 25 year old shiny Moen and surprisingly all of it goes together just fine. You would think it wouldn’t, but we really didn’t have a choice as those big tub faucets are not in style anymore and really hard to find and when you find them they’re really expensive. This was a very decent price point. I had also looked at all the home stores and actually ended up buying these off Amazon. Amazon’s price was competitive. We did not need a plumber to install these as my husband’s pretty good at that stuff. Everything that came with it to install it was there and everything was of very good quality. It kind of took two people to hold the Fossett still while they were tightened and make sure they were lined up properly. I bought this item in 2 separate orders, the first order 2 sets, the second order 1. I later found out that the 2 sets of the first order were a earlier production of the same model, the second order set has at least 2 parts revised for better when I compare products og the 2 orders. My question is simple, when you knew the earlier product was not satisfactory and you did have the improved product on hand, but still you sent me the not-so-good products any way. Every time I turn on the faucet of the earlier product, I am wondering why Pfister can not design an aerator correctly? Read more
