This is a great Roman tub faucet, the flow is excellent, fills the tub up in less than 10 minutes. Beforehand the previous owners put a sink faucet(also pfister) and it took 45 minutes to fill the tub. *please read product description * I bought this one as a used returned item, and there were no parts missing and everything looked great. You HAVE to buy the plumbing kit to install this, it’s only the faucet and handles. Additionally I bought the separate rough in suggested plumbing, a T connection pipe and 2 hoses from our local hardware store. Without these items you can’t install it. So in total I purchased 4 separate things to complete the job, but knowing beforehand that it needed additional parts prevented frustration. As the title implies, this is the trim kit ONLY. If you don't already have a Pfister product installed (and even if you do and want to ensure you can install and don't need to order something else!) you MUST order order the correct Pfister valve system as well. That seems to be the number one complaint, and to be fair, most people on here have probably watched a few videos online and are doing ti themselves and do not know this. This is a heavy, high quality product (the low price is due to the fact it doesn't include the valve system - not that it is a cheap product). Handles rotate smoothly and water flow is more than adequate for a large tub. We have had no issues with dripping. It's also very large size wise. It is large enough to sit on a lip from the wall and fill our stand-alone tub without getting water anywhere else. Overall, we'd recommend this to others. I was nervous based off the reviews. I called my plumber to come check, and see if I needed the extra valves the reviews suggested. He called Pfister, and made sure my plumbing was compatible with this faucet. I didn’t need the extra valves, and it was easy to swap.
