KSM 66 is different from the normal stuff thats for sure! It didnt provide me with the extra oomph while working out or higher energy levels in the day but it seemed to have more of an effect on my sleep. Not only did KSM-66, Ashwagnandh, proven the companies claims it saved me over the holidays. First oh my goodness how awesome was it to have improved memory function, seriously I tend to be so forgetful normally but add in the craziness of the holidays I'm spent for sure.
