I only gave it a four because I do feel it working. The only downside I’ve seen is BEWARE if you’re skin is anything like mine or you are just starting your journey of taking back control of your health , this product can cause purging of the skin. I did some research and it said taking a probiotic with prebiotics can cause skin purging temporarily for 2-6 weeks depending on much your gut is reacting to the pills. I just started taking this a week ago and it immediately started purging. I didn’t have any breakouts or any bumps before taking this but a week later this is what my face looks like. It sucks but I know the products working . I recommend this product but just be aware . I will follow with an update in a few weeks! Update: It’s been two weeks since starting these supplements . PLEASEEEE get this right now. I’ve tried avo, uro & physicians choice and none of them have worked for me. I eat relatively clean, have great hygiene, wear cotton underwear and do everything you’re supposed to do but the odor just wouldnt go away. I've been taking these probiotics/prebiotics for a few months now and they work great. NO MORE ODOR. NO MORE YEAST/BACTERIAL INFECTIONS. I take only one per day, in the morning. Just ordered a bunch more and noticed that they don't come with an expiration date. Came back here to see if anyone had contacted the manufacturer to see why the expiration date isn't printed on the package and found that someone had done so. Here's her comments: I was able to call the customer service line. The agent stated that expiration dates are “not mandatory” but that if I have the lot number she would be able to tell me when it was manufactured. According to the agent, my lot number of “200489” means that 200=year 2020 and 4=April, and the bottle is allegedly “good for 2-3 years." Read more
